1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Ninefold Numerology website at getninefold.com and the purchase of numerology readings from us. By using the site or booking a reading you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or purchase a reading.

Our handling of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

2. Our service

Ninefold provides personalised Vedic numerology readings, delivered as branded digital PDF reports. Readings are calculated with precision and then interpreted in plain language by a human — never spat out automatically.

3. Booking and payment

1. To book a reading, complete the booking form and follow the payment instructions we email you. Payment is a one-time fee per reading; there is no subscription.
2. Prices are shown in GBP or INR depending on your region and are the starting prices for the tiers described on the site. Prices may be adjusted from time to time; the price at the time your order is confirmed is the price you pay.
3. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including where details are incomplete or where we reasonably believe the order is fraudulent.

4. Delivery

Once payment is confirmed, your written PDF report is delivered to the email address you provided, normally within the timeframe discussed at booking. Because reports are digital, delivery is by email and your report is available for you to download and keep.

5. Refunds and cancellation

1. Our reports are personalised, made-to-order digital products created specifically for you using the details you supply.
2. If you cancel before we have started preparing your reading, we will refund the amount paid in full.
3. Once your reading has been prepared and delivered to you, it is yours to keep; because digital reports cannot be returned, we do not generally offer refunds after delivery.
4. If you believe your report was materially wrong or incomplete due to our error, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days and we will review it and, where appropriate, correct it or offer a refund.

6. Your responsibilities

By using the site and booking a reading you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old, or have obtained the consent of a parent or guardian;
• The details you provide (name, birth date, and any birth time or place) are accurate, to the best of your knowledge;
• You will not resell, redistribute, republish, or share your report or account for commercial purposes without our written permission;
• You will not use the site in any way that is unlawful, interferes with its operation, or attempts to harvest personal information about other users.

7. Intellectual property

The Ninefold site, its design, branding, written content, the report template, and every report produced are our intellectual property (or licensed to us). We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use any reading you purchase for your own private reflection. You may not copy, reproduce, or commercially redistribute our content or your report without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and all readings are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ninefold shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the site or any reading. In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims relating to a reading exceed the amount you actually paid for that reading.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

9. Third-party services and links

The site relies on third-party services (such as our form processor and payment provider) and may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control these services or sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Payment card details are processed by our payment provider under its own terms.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales for any dispute arising in connection with these Terms (subject to any rights you have under the law where you live).
