Ninefold Numerology ("Ninefold", "we", "us", "our") provides Vedic numerology readings, delivered as personalised digital PDF reports and, where arranged, live readings. This Privacy Policy explains what we do with the personal information we collect when you use our website at getninefold.com and when you book or receive a reading.

2. What we collect

The information we collect falls into three groups:

• Booking and reading details. When you book a reading through our site you provide your name, email address, phone number (optional), date of birth, and, if you choose to share it, your birth time and place, your chosen reading tier, and any notes or questions. Because these details are used to prepare your personal reading, they are treated as sensitive and handled carefully and only as described here.
• Payments. When you pay for a reading we or our payment processor collect the transaction details needed to take payment. We do not store your full card number; card details are handled by our payment processor.
• Analytics and site usage. We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site. These tools may collect technical information such as your device type, browser, approximate location, pages visited, and on-site behaviour (including, for Clarity, session recordings and heatmaps).

We do not knowingly collect data from children, and this service is not intended for anyone under the age of 18.

3. How we use your information

• To prepare and deliver your reading — calculating your chart and writing your personalised report;
• To contact you about your booking, including sending you a secure payment link and your completed report;
• To respond to your enquiries;
• To improve the website through analytics — understanding which pages people read and how the site performs;
• To keep records for our legitimate business administration and, where required, to comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.

4. Legal bases for processing

7. How long we keep data

We keep booking and reading details for as long as they are needed to provide the service and to allow you to return for an upgrade or follow-up reading, and for our legitimate business records. Analytics data is held for the periods described by the analytics providers. Where you ask us to delete your data, we will do so except where we are required to retain it by law.

8. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Ask us to correct inaccurate data;
• Ask us to delete your data;
• Object to or restrict how we process your data;
• Receive your data in a portable form;
